These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Harmoney platform (“Platform”). By using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. One account per person.
Tokens are purchased at a fixed rate of R1 = 1 token. Minimum top-up is R10. Tokens are non-refundable and hold no cash value outside the Platform. Tokens may only be used to buy fractional song slices.
A slice is a contractual right to a proportional portion of the streaming royalty revenue a specific song actually earns. Slices are not shares, equity, or securities, and confer no ownership of the Platform, the artist, or any company. If a song earns royalties in a given month, those royalties are split in tokens, pro-rata, among the song’s slice holders. Payouts depend entirely on real streaming performance. No return is promised or guaranteed, and past streaming performance does not predict future royalties.
There is currently no secondary market for slices. Slices cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged between users.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harmoney shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
